What is Sublimation (Dye Sublimation Transfer)?
Sublimation printing is different from other printing processes in that it is essentially a two step process:
Paper is printed with sublimation dyes; heat and pressure are applied to the paper, and the image on
the paper is actually dyed into the white fabric or other substrate.
Before being transferred, the printed image on paper looks very different from the final printed product.
Visually, the dyes explode with color when transferred, as they actually become part of the fabric or substrate.
There is no change to the "hand" or the feel of the surface when it is sublimation printed.

Can I bring in my own product to be sublimated?
No, not just anything can be sublimated. Our products all have a special coating that allows images to be
transferred.

How long will it take to make my item?
The process is only a matter of minutes. The longer part is sizing your image to fit the product. Once that is
done we print your image, it’s burned onto the product and then needs about a minute or two to cool off.
If you are ordering online or we do not currently have your item in stock at our location, please allow
3-5 business days to make your product. The faster you get your image to us and approve the proof,
the faster we can make your item.

What will happen to my original photo?
Absolutely nothing! Your original photo is never used when making your item. We make a copy of the image
and it is given right back to you!

What if I don’t have a picture?
The great thing about Sublimation is you can put virtually ANYTHING onto your item. Whether it’s a picture
of your family, favorite sports team or just a scenic photograph. So you can either find an image online,
even out of a magazine, or tell us what your looking for and we can find it for you.

Will my image fade?
All of our products have a UV coating on them. There may be fading if in direct sunlight for a long period of
time. If fading does occur in the first year we will replace your item for free.
